相遇本已不易, 可以成為一家人更是難得的緣分

Last Thursday, Cammy contacted Ah Ho to find out about planting tooth new technique in the dental industry, is when we know that mom's dental fixtures required some attention. Therefore, the next day, we went to have dinner with her and "拷問" her why she did not contact us for assistance. As usual, she just smiled and say: I can take care of myself la......

She then told us that her ankle was pain because she accidentally knocked against the bathtub while picking up a soap...becuase the tendon hurts, she quickly went to the chinese doctor to take a look which now seems to be better. Anyway, I told her since I am on a month's no pay leave, I can go to the dentist with her to see what the doctor has to say. She promised she will call me.

Mom contacted me and informed me that the appointment was yesterday at 3.30pm. I went to Central earlier so as to buy some stuff and to try out a restaurant which " Ah So" introduced, very good. At 3.20pm I waited for mom downstairs at the dentist's office building to see if she still walks very fast. About 3.25pm, I saw her walking very slowly towards me and i went up and say: hi, so discipline meh, walk slowly! She just giggled.

We went up to the dentist office, mom queried about the recent new technology for "planting the tooth". After the dentist's advice, mom decided to drop the idea and accepted his alternative option. But I am noticed that she started losing her focus when the doctor said he is going to take x ray and will extract the other tooth since it is inflammed.

As the dentist is doing the extracting part, I saw both of mom's hands are shaking hard. I went over to her side and hold her hands while she held my hand very tightly. I am not sure if she is worried or if she is in pain. At that moment, I wish I could share the uncertainty or pain she is in. All I could do is to assure her to trust the doctor and everything is fine and will be over soon. Anyway, after about 15 mins, it is all over. There is when I say her relieved face.

We then went to take a cab home and i stayed for about another hour just to ensure that she did not sleep with the cotton in her mouth! Also, I told her that next time just let us know what is happening so that all of us can discuss and solve the problem as a family. I told her that in my religion, Lord Buddha's teaching always reminded me that:

媽媽要整牙啦

星期六 媽媽﹐Wally 同老公同我一起去榮記吃飯慶祝生日。 媽媽雖然牙蹦左,但慢慢食都沒太大問題 。吃完飯 媽媽叫我地賭番兩手啦 ! 賭左兩個鐘頭後就為我唱生日歌,吃蛋糕。好溫馨又開心。 WALLY 送我一本烹飪書啊!

我約定媽媽, 賴醫生十五號後返來, 我會陪佢一起去整牙。

王子殿下

今早九點﹐門鐘響。我以為係經紀﹐好激氣 !
原來是王子殿下叫佢秘書安排送來一束好大o既花俾我,因為我生日嘛 ! 好開心啊 !

女人衰心軟

當我下定決心想將呢份壓力超大o既工作放低後重新再投入新工作o既時候﹐ 王子殿下又再出擊啦。佢話以表佢o既心意同真心,除o左加我七千大元再來年尾guarantee三個月花紅﹐俾我組織新部門(HR, ADMIN & CORPORATE AFFAIRS), 再俾我三萬蚊裝修費裝修新部門房,加多兩個人幫我手, 又肯俾我放一個月無薪大假休息。 最令我感動o既係其中我走o既原因係太太超麻煩, 佢馬上叫o的股東們來港開會,討論買太太大部份股份(太太需要錢)。 你話係唔係好感動呢! 見佢苦苦哀求﹐真心誠意想我留低。經過同老公商量之後﹐我終於都應成佢。佢開心得不得了﹐即刻電郵俾o的同事, 週圍問同事我歸隊開不開心, 真係無佢附......誇張........

SORRY 啊大家, 好耐都唔寫BLOG 啦﹐工作實在係太忙碌啦! 尤其知道我即將離開, o的高層好順理成章將所有o野交俾我做! 做死人meh! 不過呢次決定係正確的! 因為健康先至係最重要!

所以當佢地俾我SHITo既時候﹐真想講 F OFF 啦

豆腐芝士蛋糕

Today, Charles said he would like to eat chessy stuff AGAIN! So I decided to make him this delicious baked "Tofu Cheese Cake". To get all the ingredients sometimes can be quite fed up! Youend up going to lots of places to gell ALL. So, I decided to go to the cake baking centre near my place to settle ingredients as well as to bake it there to save all the washing and cleaning afterwards. The teacher there knows me there as I am their regular customers to buy the ingredients.

After an hour of baking, here is my result!

I really miss the twin boys HEAPS and can't wait to have them back in Hong Kong, as both Wai Wai and I can start the cake making class again, as I know he will definitely be excited to make these "Japanese style" bake cheesecake. But of course he must start all the way from the basic first with RIGHT ingredients. hehehehe

Memories of the Past!

As I was packing all the photo albums, lots of happy memories were being recalled. I was laughing together with Charles as we went through some of the albums togehter. I remembered the surprise party we organised for Maggie and had games and fun at our club house. The rest of the family voted this photo as the BEST photo of the year:

"The Three Musketeers".

However, the most heart warming photo goes to the "birthday girl" as her happy face tells us all that she had enjoyed the party LOADS!

Up to date, we still have not managed to find out who was the one who let the cat out of the bag to Maggie, hahahha, anyways, we were all glad that this party had taken place but unfortunately we did not tape the whole event down!

Apart from this party, I saw these two photos which I must put up here! Kei Kei in her younger days, so adorable! I remembered the photo which she was wearing pink "siu fong sin" , she wanted Charles and myself to play "Miss Hong Kong" with her in Wally's room during Chinese New Year. A talented performer indeed!

日本自悠行/端午節

端午節到啦﹐媽媽打算俾勁多料o既粽俾我地。正啊! 我地打算同媽媽做完節後就起程去日本自悠行啦, yeah! 哀求o左老闆好耐先俾我放假,既然咁難先apply到,所以決定去遠o的﹐就去Tokyo! Whoopie!

我地會影好多相俾大家回味下架! 甘爸爹!

順德搶食之旅 Part 1

第一天:
白雲洞風景區、南海觀音、四方竹公園、黃飛鴻武術館、長隆大馬戲劇場

我地出發前一晚﹐啊灝怕媽媽太緊張, 所以幫媽媽預訂的士﹐六點接佢地。我地就要五點起身, 連"民間傳奇"都睇到,真係倒塌o甘早啊! 到達時, Wally 同我講佢兩點幾先訓﹐五點就起身﹐真係無講笑, 沒番三十幾年o既功力﹐真係唔掂! 大家可以睇下當事人o既訪問片段!



當然我地好準時於指定時間,地點集合，乘直航船 "順水" 前往順德。無論在路上媽媽and 啊骨都有爭取時間休息!

入境後﹐我地就來到白雲洞風景區，白雲洞風景區主要景點有奎光樓、飛流千尺、三湖書院、字祖廟等，睇下靚相 and video 啦!

參觀完﹐我地大家就去品嚐【西樵特色宴】。只可惜團友是專業搶食一族﹐ 完全無禮讓 o既精神。啊灝話o的菜一擺低﹐團友們就即時餓狗搶X! 所以未能拍俾大家睇﹐ 好激氣! 雖然我地好激氣﹐但我地無忘記在餐館門前影相留念!

正當我地行返旅遊巴時竟然發現有狗肉賣!


媽媽因為團友係搶食高手﹐所以食得好stress。 媽媽幾乎想飛碗摘筷﹐啊骨就反擊夾菜扒飯﹐想將全部飯菜傾倒入口﹐準備第二round! 睇下佢對筷子高過額頭就知佢幾博!




睇媽媽o既面賬賬以為塞滿飯﹐其實就係椑班友吹賬至真!至於啊骨就剛放下碗筷想第二round﹐哇!無o野夾o羅, 超力力力力力力.........






餐後我地就往西樵，參觀望南海觀音﹐ 當時落大雨﹐ 因為風實在太大所以造成"遮包人" o既情景! 認真搞笑! 雖然我地未能夠拍Video或影相, 不過可以見到媽媽好似一支箭 o甘一馬當先行o左去﹐Wally 要追住佢tim!

我地繼往參觀四方竹公園，此處係國家重點保護o既珍貴觀賞植物，係西樵山特有o既。媽媽都好有心機介紹o的植物"車前草"俾我地識﹐睇下佢幾精靈!

食完後﹐我地返酒店[番禺永成大酒店]擺低o野之後前往長隆大馬戲劇場欣賞長隆大馬戲.
我地等導遊時﹐媽媽o既"DOY" 響度"HEA"﹐爭取休息時間。



之後住宿酒店休息。媽媽o既眼肚已跌到下巴啦!
